Yeah, that happened yesterday at the end of the show. I am going to just watch and see what happens. All the other characters are already voicing what fans are saying...crazy, criminal, etc...

Obrecht being Chief of Staff is absurd but this part pisses me off...
Obrecht is a brilliant doctor and it is possible that she could bring great knowledge to the hospital staff. Fans hate the idea but this may be the ground work for potentially revealing the fact that Britt may be Anna and Duke's long, lost daughter.
There is absolutely no way of writing this that will make any damn sense at all ... what's he going to do after that ... give Anna a kid with Casey the Alien? Let's see he came back in the middle of the night, hit it and went home? Since he's an alien pregnancy doesn't take 9 months so he came back a few weeks later, delivered the kid, wiped her memory clean and went home taking the baby with him. I'd believe that before I'd believe any BS he could come up with explaining how Britt can belong to Anna and Duke. He'd have an easier time saying Britt belongs to Anna and Faison. At least she was with him in 1992 and plenty of times before that. Faison could've managed to extract a few eggs from her and make a little test tube baby. Obrecht being the surrogate which would explain her actions toward Britt in the beginning. There was the period that Anna had amnesia that would fit for all of this to have taken place. But then like Ethan belonging to Holly and Robert born when she was in the coma and stolen, it writes itself so that's too simple for him. RC needs something off the wall and retarded to put his name on. It boggles my mind how this person makes a living as a "writer".

Not sure why you are berating Ron Carlivati for speculation of the article's author. RC has never said anything about giving Duke and Anna a child or making Britt their kid. Fans do want DnA to have a child, but RC has never said it was going to happen or that he was laying groundwork for it. I am curious to know what Obrecht *traded* for her freedom or what she has on the GH board. I hope this is going to be interesting...

I am glad Ron makes a living as a writer because I haven't enjoyed GH this much in years. I am very curious to find out the story on what Obrecht has that allowed the WSB to cut her loose and get her the COS job at GH. And I love Dr. O!

I guess if I had watched during the time that Guza was head writer for GH I'd be thrilled too with the crap Ron's putting out. Personally, it's an hour I don't waste anymore, GH just isn't worth watching to me. The article above I happened on while searching for pics of ES/TR (RnH) otherwise I wouldn't even have known about Obrecht. I do happen to like Dr O.
And when has Ron said something worth paying attention to? He talks a bunch double talk BS and never says anything. I haven't liked Ron from day one and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

It is somewhat in the realm of the ridiculous to imagine that Duke and Anna's miscarried baby may have survived. We know that Anna was only 4 months pregnant when the elevator crash occurred in 1988. However, after AMC reversed Erica's abortion, anything is possible. While they are at it, why not just make Ethan Holly and Luke's miscarried baby? He could stay a Spencer and not ruffle any fanbase feathers. But that would defeat the purpose of him being a Spencer, I suppose.

I stopped watching AMC a long time ago, had no idea something that stupid had been done. And please don't give RC anymore stupid ideas, what he comes up with on his own is bad enough. I think my feathers would still be ruffled if Ethan was the miscarried kid from back then. I was happy as a lark when she lost that jerks spawn. I threw a party to celebrate it, cake and all. I'd hate to think that money is now wasted. If he wants to do something way off the wall, well write a story that has Robert & Holly together on some remote island enjoying life together (since 1985). Robert could be in hiding because the WSB threatened to kill Robin and her family if he showed up in PC or contacted her again. The RnH we've seen since 1987 are imposters. The head of the WSB could be in cahoots with Faison. Robert and Holly aren't aware of what's happening in PC since they left. I'd buy that. Hell I'd love that.

Well, Ron & Frank are a godsend in my opinion. I have been a fan of theirs for years because they did an awesome job on OLTL. After I stopped watching GH in 2005 due to JFP & Guza, OLTL was my last remaining soap. The only one that never got so bad or so boring that I had to stop watching. I often wondered why GH couldn't be as enjoyable as OLTL and now it is. So I am grateful for that even tho I still miss OLTL every day. So TPTB get 2 thumbs up from me. But if someone isn't enjoying then it makes sense not to watch & would make sense not to get worked up over a show not being watched.

I don't watch but my Twitter TL is full of GH tweets that detail every second of the show from people who apparently have nothing better to do. I actually find that sad. It doesn't matter who wrote the article as I find more than half the time the "rumors/spoilers" come true and yet the crap Ron and Frank spew out of their mouths never does...for instance, "You'll be seeing a lot of Robert between now and the time he leaves." That was over a month ago and Robert hasn't logged a total of an hour since. He probably has barely half an hour. I think the whole Robin return was very poorly written and held very little drama and pardon me but isn't a soap supposed to have drama? GH has absolutely none and hasn't had in years. IMHO Ron is nothing more than Guza with fans but I encourage those who like his type of drivel to enjoy it.

If you find it "sad" that people tweet about GH because they "have nothing better to do", what does that say about YOU when you follow them? And while I'm not watching GH like I used to, you seem to have a lot of anger toward RC and FV. Maybe it would be best for you not to follow people on twitter that tweet about GH. Just a suggestion.
