Who is Holly's best friend?
I would say Celia because she is the one Holly confided all of here conflicting feeling about Luke showing up.

I would agree. At first I thought that Celia was just too needy, but I think as it went along I think she grew up a little. And became a little less self centered.

I loved the way Celia pushed Holly to admit her feelings about her husband.

And we cannot forget how Celia told Holly "to go away". I will forever love Celia for that.

That was the best thing! Celia was a spoiled and self-cntered brat a lot of the time, but it was nice to see she had Holly's back throughout the whole Anna debacle ;D

It was at the end of the tram incident in 1985. Sean, Robert, Holly, Frisco and Felicia are all in that room. Anna, who has thought Robert has died, spies Robert and Holly in an embrace. She goes back into the hallway where Celia sees her. Basically, she tells Anna that Robert and Holly are together and happy and to leave. She says "can you please just go away?!?". I absolutely LOVED Celia for that!

That was a great moment when she told Anna to just go away. She wasn't quite as much of a nuisance at the end as she was when she first showed up, but i was definitely ready for her to go.

Holly was one of those people who made friends easily. Let me count her friends: Claudia, Celia, Bobby, Ruby, Tiffany, Felica, Marah, and Gail. Those are just the female friends.

Actually Tiffany left PC sometime in 1984, before the Mexican adventure, I believe. Celia was the one who came to Holly's side after Robert found her in the wilderness after she escaped from Sean's clutches.

I was watching old DVDs recently, around the time of Tonys shooting, and geeez, did you ever notice how many people leaned on Holly for advice? Just goes to show, she was well loved in Port Charles.

I know! Holly was like 25 years old and the one who helped everyone hold it together at the time. she was always compassionate and was there for anyone who needed her.
She was really felicia's first friend. She helped her stay in PC, let Mariah stay in her house...etc.

Holly had nice combination of compassion and leadership skills. It would have been interesting to see how the character would have developed if Dynasty hadn't come along.
