Did anyone noticed that the writers tried to make Robert violent, short tempered after he'd lost Holly? They'd toned it down later but when he first came back he was pretty cold.
I'm watching Robert interrogate Roger Barrett and Roger admit that another agent is set to be assassinated but Roger wasn't forthcoming with the time and place of the hit, so Robert totally lose his cool, pull his gun out of it holster, point it at Roger and said he better start talking. I thought It was so UN-Robert like to used that kind of tactic. I was shocked because it didn't feel right.

He lost his soulmate and the love of his life and as a result, he did get colder. I always sort of thought it was that he lost her and he closed off a part of his heart- because it hurt so much. A lot of that softer side she had brought out wasn't showing itself.

There's another scene just after everyone got rescued from the Biscayne Island and Robert was just sitting alone in the hotel bar in deep thought. I really don't know what to make of that scene, I was expecting a flashback but we didn't get one. Possibly cut? I've searched on you tube to see if that scene was clipped, so that everyone could see it and give their opinion on but I don't think it is.. There's a lot of scenes from 1987 with Robert that isn't clipped and that I think R&Hers would really enjoy b/c I am enjoying them tremendously myself. I kinda love finding these little things that Robert is doing that relate to Holly yea, I know that I'm pathetic but I like it. ;D

Lol, funny when Anna pulled the gun on Heather the other day, I said in the catacombs that Robert would never do that! oops.
But, I do think he was much harder / more unbending after Holly "died."
