I also wished for a more confrontational scene with Leo and Robert, especially after Holly came back with the bruised wrist.

Ehm... In 1984 i never saw this s/l. I only heard it through audiocassettes that my granmother played for me when I was at school So I don't remember well and I have some problems with spoken english. So, could someone, when you have time of course, tell me the history? I have big request, I know! ;D ;D ;D Thanks if someone can help me to remember better this story! Giada

I also wished for a more confrontational scene with Leo and Robert, especially after Holly came back with the bruised wrist. I always got the impression that as much as Robert was protective of Holly, he also wanted Holly to learn a lession from her experiences with Leo. Holly wasn't such an experienced con-women as they later made her out to be. During the Oil Scam, it was reveiled that was her first scam with "The family." Althought, it was imprlied that she was involved with other smaller scams with just her father.

So, could someone, when you have time of course, tell me the history? I have big request, I know! ;D ;D ;D Thanks if someone can help me to remember better this story! Giada In a nutshell, Leo was up to no good at the spa and Holly couldn't resist trying to find out what he was up to. Robert dismissed Holly so this made her try to find out even more what Leo was up to. Holly got a massage from Leo and Leo took pictures of them together with a hidden camera. They were very comprimising. Leo blackmailed Holly to stay out of his business (which was blackmailing the rich, older women like Amanda Barrington and Sylvia Whitby for $). Meanwhile, Beatrice LeSeuer (Jimmy Lee's mother) was trying to find out what was going on. I can't remember the whole story but she got a hold of the pictures among other things and started blackmailing everyone in P.C. including Holly. Holly panicked. She gave Beatrice one of Robert's pain pills so she would doze off and she could grab the pictures. Only what she grabbed was nothing. Also, what Holly didn't know is that a lot of other people were giving her pain pills and the like so they could get their pictures and stock, etc from Beatrice. Beatrice dies on the night of the Spa opening and Holly panics because she thinks she killed Beatrice. Robert investigates, Holly doesn't tell Robert anything and a wall develops between them. Robert even finds the pictures of Leo but doesn't suspect Holly had an affair with Leo (Love him for that!). Holly finally confesses to Robert and right before she is going to confess to the D.A., it's found out that one single medication killed Beatrice (not the one Holly gave her). Eventually Robert & Holly discover that Beatrice accidentally took the medication by mistake and that was the end of the story!

Leo was quite brazen flirting with Holly at the 4th of July picnic.I loved it when Robert stepped in and stopped Mr.Tighty Whitey Pants from making a move on his wife.Did Leo really "care" about Holly or was she just another conquest for him/

I loved, what I've always assumed was a TR adlib, when Robert walked up to Leo hitting on Holly and he said, "Red Alert, Hubby's back."

And true! I still wish Robert would have done SOMETHING to Leo for blackmailing his wife and taking those pictures. I really think GH missed a great opportunity there.

As much as I loved that storyline, an awful lot the ending made no sense. Robert should have decked Leo. Anyone that gave her drugs should have been charged. Maybe not with murder but with something. But, I guess thats how happy endings come about. ;D

I loved when Robert said, "look you are all I have in this world. I don't ever want anything to happen to you." Who wouldn't melt over that. I think Emma played that scene perfectly. You can see her vulnerability and fear but she didn't take her emotions on Robert. Truly a melt worthy scene. They both looked so amazing!! And the acting was just perfection. Oh, what a couple!!!!!

I really loved this story, I think this was the best story from 1984. At least, that I've seen thus far.

I think everyone knows this is my favorite RH storyline. I was watching some of it again, and I think this is my favorite scene even if Robert was a tad rough with Holly at first. It was so frustrating that she wouldn't ust tell him.
