We did this a few years ago. Obviously this would be for the May Anniversary. I know there are just no new scenes out there, but I still think it would be fun. For those who don't know, youtube has ad supported approved music now. So you can see if the song you choose will be blocked before you invest your time. Just search by song or artist. www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/ad_supported_music

I re-uploaded this video because Youtube now allows the album version- last time it kicked it back and I had to redo it to a *live* version and it wasn't quite right. anyway...if you can make it to the 2 minute mark(or skip to it) you will hear the lyrics that made me do the m'vid.

I asked this in another thread but thought here would be good too. Does anyone have any ideas for a song to use for this video? I'm trying to find one that hasn't been used a ton of times. Maybe something by someone who doesn't make videos ... what song would you use? You're Still the One by Shania Twain?

Here are a couple...
"In My Soul" by Rod Stewart (at least I think that's the name.) I mentioned that in the other thread.
Another one is "Still The One" by Orlean...."Dance With Me" also by Orlean might work too.

I'm too late for the anniversary this year, but suggestions for music - with a James Bond theme - in the future are "For Your Eyes Only" and "The Spy Who Loved Me".

I actually did "The spy who loved me" years ago. Youtube muted it, and the hard drive it was stored on is dead, I think.

Just wanted to check something... is it the actual Spy Who Loved Me theme song you wanted? Several things pop up when I search the song title. I found For Your Eyes Only. Let me know. I was thinking of the of the theme from the movie. Carly Simon sang it. It also goes by "Nobody does it better". I'd do it myself, but I don't have the software for it. I just looked it up and saw that Marvin Hamlisch was one of the writers. Emma Samms was involved with him before her GH days.

I have an idea for a music video but have no idea how to put one together. Maybe someone creative can put it together for me. I was thinking of the Aaron Neville Linda Ronstadt song "I don't know much" for a combination of old and more recently clips. For all I know it probably already exists out there. I've seen one with the song "all my life " by the same singing duo of Aaron/Linda, and it was awesome. Anyway, It would be nice if I actually knew what I was doing because I have a good idea of which clips I like to use to fit with lyrics. Just a suggestion.
