I really do love this scene. It was a very nice moment between the two of them and, for me, it is when Holly understands where is (and who is) her home. But...
I love you very much Yes, I know
ARGGG.... Holly!!! ;D ;D

It was very frustrating to watch! I gotta tell you, Robert has more guts than I have. If I threw out an I love you and got "Yes I know" it would be a helluva long time before I tried that again! LOL.

OK Commish--I agree--but then again how often has it been that you've said "I love you" to someone whose "thought to be dead ex-lover" has recently returned. As frustrating as it was and as much as WE all knew Robert was the one, I can't help but feel for Holly. What a messed up emotional state to be in--I mean she had REALLY had QUITE a year. I was frustrated with it too but felt she deserved to be cut some slack. (Under NORMAL conditions I'd have probably ended a relationship if I got that response!)

I think in many ways, it was quite ethical of her NOT to say it until she was absolutely 100% sure that she loved him and him alone... and I think Robert knew that.

I loved Robert in this scene, and yes it was a nice little moment between Holly and Robert. But, for some reason I just wanted to knock Holly on the head and say....Wake Up Woman!! LOL This man "adores" you!! Get a clue and just head on up those stairs with the man!! I agree Giada. ;D

I felt really bad for Robert at this time, he spent the whole summer telling Holly how much he loved her but she never said the words back. That must have been so hard on him not really knowing her true feelings. But I do think that her going away to see Nanny was one of the first turning points in their relationship.

Yes, you're right. But I think that Robert in his heart knew the truth before Holly did. He knew she loved him (and in this scene her words and her eyes say she loves him). I love how she looks at him after the kiss. Very sweet

I loved Robert in this scene, and yes it was a nice little moment between Holly and Robert. Even because the night before she left him to sleep alone after the chat with Luke. And after Robert said "You're all I need Holly". In that case she answered "Sorry"... At least "I Know" is better than "Sorry" ;D But I do think that her going away to see Nanny was one of the first turning points in their relationship. I think the same. When Holly came back was another thing

I do think right about the time that Holly went to see Nanny the writers had decided to keep Robert and Holly together.

Even because the night before she left him to sleep alone after the chat with Luke.. I really hated that scene. Very frustrating I actually wanted Robert to leave her.

I read or saw an interview somewhere and he said something like he told them to just let him have her. He was tired of the back and forth. It was worth all of the struggle though!

This was a very sweet scene. It was frustating with all the back and forth going on.Robert was totally free emotionally to express what he felt for Holly although he fought his feelings at first. There was no one holding him back,Jackie didn't even register a blip on his heart.Holly had to "mourn" Luke and when he returned she had to sort out what she still felt for him and Robert.Puttiing Luke behind totally allowed her to finally tell Robert that she loved him with no hesitation.
